Welcome to epiccrossing11, my latest travel blog for you to explore. Traveling has added such joy to my life and I love having the opportunity to share my experiences and thoughts with friends and family. Read on, and I hope you enjoy!

When Europe reopened to US travelers recently, this trip popped up in my inbox from a travel site I frequent. Kim and I have always wanted to do a food tour of Tuscany, so we decided it might be now or never. We booked the food tour and then looked at other countries we haven’t visited that were in close proximity. Because, why not? So, as my dad would say: “Lord willing and the creek don’t rise,” on September 8th, we are off to Italy and then Greece where we will visit some of the stops on Paul’s 2nd & 3rd missionary journeys.

I started this post over two weeks ago and haven’t published it; waiting to see if the borders are going to be closed to US travelers again. We have now filled out all the required “paperwork” (forms) and so far, so good, but things change daily so we’ll know for sure we’re going when we get on the plane. Hopefully this won’t be the one and only post to this blog 🥴.

I know this will be one more "trip of a lifetime". Reading your post, I have to agree with you. Traveling brings such joy to my life as well, thanks to you. I would never have had all the wonderful adventures without you. Can't wait to read all about it and see all the amazing pictures. Then have my own private pasta cooking class with you.
